These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by customers via our webshop.
The customer is a natural person who does not act wholly or mainly in the exercise of a profession or business.
These terms also apply to traders in future commercial relationships, except for the need to make a formal prior statement. Unless expressly approved to the contrary, we cannot accept the contractual validity of conflicting or additional terms and conditions used by an entrepreneur.
2. Contractual partners, concluding the agreement
The purchase agreement is concluded with Care4tools.
By presenting the products in the webshop, we make a binding offer to conclude an agreement with regard to these articles. You can first place the products in the shopping cart without obligation and at any time correct your choices before placing your binding order by using the correction options offered and explained in the ordering process. The agreement is concluded by clicking the order button. Clicking the order button implies acceptance of the offer regarding the goods in the shopping cart. You will receive an email confirmation immediately after the order has been dispatched.
3. Language of the agreement and storage of the text of the agreement
The languages available for the conclusion of the agreement are Dutch and English.
We save the text of the agreement and send you the order details and our terms and conditions by e-mail. You can consult the text of the agreement via your account.

With iDEAL you can pay directly on the internet via your banking environment, we recommend using this option because it is safe, easy and fast. * Pay attention!! The order will not be processed until payment has been received.
PayPal and Credit card payments
Via PayPal we offer the possibility to pay with your credit card or PayPal balance. By ticking the desired choice in the payment menu you will be automatically redirected to the PayPal payment menu. For customers who do not have a Paypal account, you need to select the credit card option. * Pay attention!! The order will not be processed until payment has been received.
6. Retention of title
Purchased products remain our property until fully paid.
7. Damage during delivery
The following applies to customers: If goods are delivered with visible transport damage, if possible you must immediately report this damage to the delivery person and you must contact us as soon as possible. Failure to submit a complaint or contact us will not affect your statutory rights and their enforcement, in particular as regards your statutory warranty rights. However, your report helps us assert our own rights against the carrier.
8. Legal warranty
